I have taken 10s of thousands of photos taken on my phone over the year; few of them are potentially duplicate because of backups and restore etc; few of them are not sorted correctly because maybe exif data is not correct or the photos app I am using isn't parsing exif date correctly.

I was wondering if someone knows of an app or open source project I can leverage for a task like this. I would prefer not having to upload the pictures to a random website.
